Robert Sain, combines his multidisciplinary background in fish habitat biology, hydrology, fluvial geomorphology and bio systems engineering with 35 years of fly fishing; striving to design and construct unique, insightful, and cost-effective projects.  TWR has worked on multiple, large, multi-year, design/ build projects and prefers the design/ build approach when possible.  In addition to stream restoration, Sain can provide clients with aerial drone flights, wetlands and jurisdictional waters delineation, protected species surveys, baseline biological surveys, benthic macro-invertebrate collection, freshwater fish collection, stream assessments and compliance documentation.
